Interior design and wow factor

The beautiful apartment in Bologna of this very young couple with 2 daughters, Ginevra and Virginia, was custom-made to provide V and M with a home that is 100% functional but without sacrificing beauty and wow factor. The special feature of the house is definitely the lighting, but also the selection of materials in it.
Elegance and functionality are always the key words that move our design, and in the VDD apartment they reach their peak.

It all starts with a living room complete with all comforts and accessory compartments; coat rack, bookcases, closets with shoe racks, drawers and storage furniture.

All the furnishings were carefully chosen and within budget. Many details make the apartment unique: the suspended ceilings for example or the flooring interrupted by a continuous black strip is intended to emphasize the entrance but also the focal points of the house.
Superb and chic wall coverings make the living room cozy.

The master bedroom is accessed from the hallway, stepping through the door we again have the language of floor underlining with suspended ceilings, at the end of which a small studio nook takes its place. Turning your gaze away opens up the intimate and warm sleeping area, with large closet with reflective bronzed glass doors that warm the space. The TV is replaced by a retractable projection system.

A hidden door interrupts the continuity of the wall. In there we find the private bathroom but definitely the most outstanding room. A large shower for two with all the market conveniences: waterfall spouts, color shower heads, wellness panel and water tube! a backlit Half Moon mirror stands on a long vanity desk, where the two washbasins rest. The sanitary fixtures, on the other hand, rest on an accessorized wall that not only hides the drainage systems but also functions as storage. The bathroom lighting is designed to ensure relax during the most intimate moments of the day.

Ginevra and Virginia’s bedroom suites were totally customized and designed to maximize the use of space. Special attention was paid to the choice of wall shades, fabrics and cabinets. The girls’ blind bathroom, contains a large and elegant shower designed with wide niche to accommodate all appropriate products. Additional accessory compartments were added inside the bathroom to hold toiletries.
