Private house facade renovation and new reorganization of outdoor spaces

This is the design of the exterior makeover: facades, garden, swimming pool, new parking lot of the entire PR residence located in Enna.

The two buildings, visually designed at different times, needed to create a dialogue between themselves. It was also necessary to create a cozy surrounding, a capacious parking lot, and a reserved area for relaxation with a swimming pool for summer times.

Both ground floors of the two buildings are used for commercial activities: on one side we find a private clinic and on the other an accountant’s office.

We also took care of the entire reorganization of spaces in order to separate public and private areas but at the same time making sure to achieve elegant views and visual order for both destinations.
