PB APT | Phuket Thailand

Turnkey project of a small apartment

Date 2020
Location | Phuket, Thailand
Project cost | € 150.000
Category | Residential

PB is a pilot always traveling around the world.
He bought this very small apartment of 60 sqm when it was still an office.

This is an example of a turnkey project, including the purchase of each detail.

LAVICA demolished its entire interior, recreating a gem in the heart of Phuket. Despite its small size, it was possible to create not only a living room with an open kitchen, hallway, walk-in closet and bedroom with an open bathroom, but also a very small bedroom for the daughter.

The color palette used for this project is very simple because we wanted to maintain this relationship between structure and its location. In fact, the white present throughout the house was complemented by teak wood typical of the place in all the furnishings, and the colors present in the house are very natural shades found only in the furniture fabrics and curtains. The decorations, lamps and art pieces that LAVICA purchased especially for the client during business trips to Bangkok and Chiang Mai were also carefully chosen to make the space even more unique.
