A Unique Architectural Project
The TWIN VILLAS project was born from the vision of two sisters who wished to live close to each other while maintaining privacy and exclusivity. Located in Sicily, these twin villas represent a high-end design project, featuring premium materials such as Rosso Levanto marble, large-format lava stone slabs, and Canaletto walnut, a warm and refined wood that enhances the elegance of the interiors. The color palette has been carefully curated to ensure harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Concept
Independence and Connection
Despite sharing the same plot, the villas provide maximum privacy through meticulous space planning. The most iconic architectural element is the suspended bridge connecting them, symbolizing the deep bond between the two owners. Notably, this bridge houses the family’s main art collection, adding a cultural and artistic dimension to the project.
The exterior is characterized by an authentic Mediterranean landscape with centuries-old olive trees and monumental agaves, giving the garden a distinguished character. Completing the outdoor space is a large shared swimming pool, featuring scenic fountains, underwater music, and fiber-optic lighting, as well as a BBQ area and a panoramic freestanding shower solarium.
