400 sqm

Located on the 14th floor of Tower A in the iconic Garibaldi Towers, Milan’s business district, this space was previously occupied by Alitalia and Ethiad offices. The new tenant, Reverse, a human resources company, seeks to establish its parent office here.
Reverse needs a space for up to 35 people, featuring an innovative and unconventional office design with two meeting rooms.
Overview | The 400 sqm office is divided into five sections. The central area, serving as a waiting room, is designed to make a strong visual impact. We introduced greenery to contrast the urban grey and typical Milanese weather, creating artificial hills that serve aesthetic, visual, and emotional purposes. These hills are walkable, providing a unique experience during long calls. Stabilized greenery adorns some walls, adding to the serene environment.
The waiting room features circular design sofas that complement the curved lines of the hills, along with swings for a playful touch. To the right, five phone booths are arranged in a flower-like pattern, ensuring varied views and breaking the linear space arrangement. A raised platform accommodates a large table for 12, separated from the relaxation area by a long vase. The relaxation area includes a small designer table, a window seat for four, and a chaise-longue for rest.
On the left, intended for executives, we replicated the phone booths and platform setup, adding two soundproofed meeting rooms with panoramic views. To offer diverse workstation options, we placed soundproofed armchairs near large windows for single workstations.
Service areas | The women’s bathroom is designed in fuchsia, a color from Reverse’s visual identity, featuring a vanity corner and elegant mirrors. The men’s and disabled bathroom uses Reverse’s blue, with wall sculptures and intriguing mirrors. The pantry features a stainless steel island that changes appearance with light and movement, and the locker room has a central seat and hidden parcel compartment, designed entirely in blue.
