Modern Interiors Meet Timeless Charm in balearic islands
A Tailored Restyle of Contemporary Elegance in Ibiza's Premier Villa.
Analysis
Current state
Nestled in the lush greenery of Ibiza, this majestic 600 sqm villa boasts a contemporary architectural design. Despite its grandeur, the villa’s interiors were incongruent with its modern exterior, featuring large but somewhat dark rooms.
Client
requirements
The Australian clients, weary of the villa’s existing Ibizan style, sought our expertise to restyle their home. Their primary request was to brighten the master bedroom and their 17-year-old son’s room. LAVICA’s elegant style influenced their choice.
Project
Solutions
Our focus was on consulting for common areas such as the living room, bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas, while we conducted full interior work on the master and son’s bedrooms.
To address the need for more light, we implemented structural changes by creating conservatories in both bedrooms. This solution not only provided dual exposures for the master bedroom but also added a relaxation space with a bath and cinema in the winter garden.
For the master bedroom, we designed custom furniture with a sophisticated palette of colors and materials. Designer light fittings enhanced the authenticity of the interior.
The son’s room features a winter garden, a large, bright study desk, and custom-made elements that reflect his musical passion. The room’s design ensures it remains contemporary as he grows, with tailored colors and materials.
Overall, we crafted a cohesive storytelling that aligns with the entire villa, blending elegance, functionality, and personalized design.
