We started with the reception area, demolishing the previous setup to create a fresh, cohesive look. We concealed a large central pillar with a curvilinear wall that briefly tells the story of ETECO. The staircase was lightened by replacing its heavy railing with a sleek handrail featuring an initial decor that mirrors ETECO’s logo. Upstairs, we retained the internal layout but replaced the finishes, flooring, furniture, and lighting. We branded the space with targeted graphics that narrate the evolution of ETECO. Upon reaching the office level, visitors encounter a wall displaying the chronological history of ETECO’s developments. A small pantry with a coffee corner is cleverly hidden between this area and the passage to the warehouse.

A spacious corridor, adorned with large plant vases, leads to various offices: meeting room, CEO office, representative office, photocopy and archive room, and employee offices. Each room was customized according to ETECO’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

Continuing through the layout, we reach the laboratory and finally the secondary access to the warehouse. By replacing the original flooring with high-performance technical PVC that can withstand heavy loads, and balancing greenery to mask the unappealing industrial surroundings with carefully selected office furniture, we transformed ETECO’s offices into a space befitting a reputable company.
