Current state
Clutch HR’s offices were located in the business district of Milan. The space was minimal and functional, yet lacked personality and did not reflect the identity or energy of the brand. The layout was basic, with limited optimization of the available surface area.

To enhance and personalize the interiors—despite the limited square footage—creating a welcoming environment for 6 to 8 people. The goal was to align the spatial design with the company’s values and branding, while promoting functionality and well-being.

Overview | We approached the space with a minimalist mindset, eliminating visual clutter to enhance flow and spatial perception. By reducing furniture to five essential elements—streamlined desks, ergonomic chairs, targeted lighting, natural greenery, and customized graphic elements—we created a harmonious, functional, and brand-aligned environment.
The strategic use low-profile furnishings maximized the presence of natural light and maintained open views over the surrounding cityscape, transforming the office into a bright, elegant, and energizing workplace.
