The original layout was fragmented and inefficient, with poorly utilized spaces and weak connections between areas. Natural light was compromised by an inconsistent arrangement of volumes and openings.
The client entrusted us with the full design of this property, aiming to make it suitable for high-end rental. The main requirement was to create at least two well-structured bedrooms, along with spaces that would deliver strong visual impact while remaining functional and easy to maintain.
We not only fully met the client’s requirements, but expanded the property’s potential by designing a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms.
Despite the compact footprint, every space has been carefully designed to be complete, functional, and aesthetically coherent.
The entrance becomes a true design statement: a material and chromatic pathway culminating in a Jeff Koons pop sculpture framed by a marble portal.
To the right, the living area is compact yet efficiently composed—with a sculptural round table, curved sofa, and a thoughtful play of natural light and curated textiles.
The kitchen, entirely custom-designed by LAVICA, is intentionally light and scenographic, with a suspended central unit and bronzed glass shelves.
The master bedroom is peaceful, with two windows, an en suite bathroom, a king-size bed, marble nightstands, and sculpted ceiling levels.
The twin room, overlooking the street, offers two single beds, a full-height wardrobe, and a lounge corner.
Both bathrooms—master and secondary—are fully equipped with spacious showers, custom vanity units, Japanese toilets, and a coherent, elegant palette.
Finally, a hidden laundry area blends into the corridor behind decorative panels, housing two fully equipped columns for washing and ironing.
An essential interior defined by elegance, usability, and distinct personality.
